Now this type of thinking about sexuality and morality was not as dominant when your parents were youngsters back in the 1970’s.  In those days you grew up, fell in love or had an arranged marriage with someone, had children and lived happily ever after.  Any other form of sex or relationship was wrong behaviour.  If you didn’t think so, you were wrong and plenty of people like grandparents, or religious or social leaders told you so.

First, let us understand what has happened to produce this type of thinking and living concerning sexuality and morality.

Well in the west it is defined as post–modernism, that is the deconstruction of, or the rethinking of traditional values about sex, morality, love etc, now considered to be based on outdated, irrelevant religions and social values.  After all, this is 2005 not 1004 and we have to be modern!
